Palmetto General Hospital helps local families struggling with hunger this summer by donating 178 pounds of cereal collected through its Healthy Over Hungry Cereal Drive. The donations will help provide 148 meals and were sent to Feeding South Florida, a food bank serving Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. The annual drive ran from June 3 to June 10 and was in partnership with Palmetto General Hospital’s parent company, Tenet Healthcare.
