Palmetto delivers quality, advanced care for children--from pediatric emergency treatment to community education to our inpatient pediatric unit.

Children are not just little adults.  They need specialized medical care and technology. 

They also need care by staff persons who specialize in compassion as well as pediatrics.  Our pediatricians, nurses and support personnel know how to put youngsters at ease. They work collaboratively to provide the best-possible care for children.  But we do more than care for kids.  We care about their families, too.

Inpatient Pediatric Unit

All staff members understand that hospitalization is challenging for children and their parents.  Our cheerfully decorated inpatient unit is staffed and equipped to handle many pediatric specialties.  The outstanding team of caregivers know how to make our patients and parents comfortable.

Pediatric Emergency Room:  Always Open

The staff members at our Pediatric Emergency Department provide a resource for parents who need emergency medical care for their children.
