For your safety and the safety of all patients, the following will apply:
• Smoking is not permitted in the hospital.
• Hours posted for each department are strictly enforced.
• Children younger than 12 years of age are not permitted without
specific permission.
• Food should not be brought to patients without specific doctor
permission.
• Please have your pass visible at all times during your visit.
• Patients are limited to three (3) visitors unless otherwise designated.
• Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval from
the Nurse Manager, Director or Administration.
Medical/Surgical Units:
8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Telemetry:
8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Critical Care Units:
9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.
No visitors shall be permitted during the change of shifts (7 a.m. to 8
a.m. and 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.).
Pediatric Unit:
8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Two (2) visitors and parent with ID band allowed (24-hour access)
Pediatric Emergency Room:
Two (2) parents or primary caregivers for the duration of the visit.
Mental Health:
6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Surgical Services:
No visitors. One (1) parent if patient is a minor child.
Ambulatory Recovery:
Maximum of two (2) family members allowed with the patient.
Same Day Surgery:
One (1) visitor allowed in Pre-Op and in Post-Op.
NICU:
Visiting hours are restricted. Please obtain instructions from a nurse.
Maternity Care Center
8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
GI Station:
Visitors are asked to wait in the waiting area during the procedure.
After the procedure, visitors are encouraged to visit the patient in the
GI outpatient waiting room.
Emergency Department:
One (1) visitor per patient, except when the patient is receiving
diagnostic or therapeutic treatments or when an emergency is
occurring, as determined by the nursing staff.
