Everyone at Palmetto's Oncology Treatment Center understands the challenges a cancer diagnosis can bring.
Our multidisciplinary team of physicians, and support staff focus on prevention, early detection and innovative treatment options for outpatients.
Each staff member also aides patients and families handle the emotional and practical issues involved in cancer treatment. We offer a combination of compassion, medical expertise, advanced technologies and treatment. Our goal is to help minimize the adverse effects of therapy and maximize your participation and control in your recovery. The 19,000 sq. ft. Oncology Treatment Center has offered high-quality care and personal attention to patients and families since 1994.
The Team
Teams of board-certified physicians, nurses certified in oncology and other caregivers work together to carefully plan, coordinate and monitor treatment. Social workers, dieticians and educators may work with patients and families before, during and after treatment. Many team members speak Spanish as well as English.
